BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewery has announced that the latest edition in its monthly Funk Lab series of sour and barrel-aged beers will be released later this week.
Not many details about A Galaxy Far, Far Away Sour IPA have been announced aside from its name and style. But it will fittingly be released on Friday May 4th, aka Star Wars Day.
The new beer will be available at the Nickel Brook retail store and tasting room in Burlington starting at 11:00 AM on Friday. Star Wars films will be screening all day, and anyone showing up in a Star Wars costume will receive a free sample flight, although the brewery adds that “Cheap masks and t-shirts don’t count. Must be a legit costume people!”
