Lot 30 Brewers Opening This Weekend in Toronto

TORONTO, ON – A long-planned brewery in Toronto’s west end is finally about to launch, albeit under a different name and slightly different ownership than originally planned.

Lot 30 Brewers is being opened by Darrin Earley, who was partners with Jeremy Coghill in Landsdowne Brewery which opened as a bar and restaurant in 2015 but never started producing its own beer due to licensing issues.

Following Coghill’s departure and a brief closure, the bar reopened for several months as 303 Lansdowne before closing again last month for renovations. All production approvals have been obtained, and brewmaster Anderson Sant’anna de Lima has been busy brewing during the closure.

Nine house beers are planned to be available on tap and in cans for the re-opening, with Blood Orange Breakfast Lactose IPA and Surpass Dry Hopped Raspberry Sour confirmed so far. A food menu featuring bar snacks, sharing plates, main courses, and desserts will also be available.

Lot 30 Brewers is located at 303 Lansdowne Ave. in Toronto, and will open on Friday May 4th with business hours still to be announced. For more details, see the Lot 30 website and Facebook page.
