OTTAWA, ON – Waller St. Brewing has announced the release of a powerful new limited edition beer.
Imperial Funk ‘n Oak (10.8% abv) is described as follows:
Our Imperial Funk, a complex Brett Quadruple featuring six yeasts was aged for two months in Canadian Oak barrels. The barrels rounded out the flavours giving this beer a warm oak note along with hints of vanilla, slight fruitiness and layered funkiness from the various yeast strains including some wild Ottawa strains.
Imperial Funk ‘n Oak is on tap now at the brewery, and will be released in a limited run of 750 ml corked bottles this Thursday May 10th.
