BURNABY, BC – Bring Your Porter to the Slaughter reports that Dageraad Brewing has released a new summer seasonal.
The Bright Side (4.2% abv) is described as follows:
When life gives you lemons you make lemonade, but life didn’t give us lemons. We had to pay for them. So we thought we’d make something a little better than lemonade. We bought our lemons by the caseload and we zested them and juiced them and we made you some lemon beer instead. We hopped this beer with a mixture of Styrian Celeia and Citra hops, and we ever-so-lightly kettle-soured it, to make the perfect bright, tart, citrusy summer beer.
The Bright Side is available now in 473 ml cans at the Dageraad tasting room and store, and soon at select private beer retailers.
