FREDERICTON, NB – Picaroons Traditional Ales has announced the release of the latest edition of Pivot, a series of “interactive Imperial IPAs where we are pivoting the hops around the same grain bill every batch.”
Pivot #16 (8% abv) is described as follows:
In this PIVOT we’re bringing a whole new flavour profile to the table. We used Fuggles, Northern Brewer and in our hop percolator we used Willamette, to provide a beer that any fans of English IPAs will really enjoy. This combination of hops allows the aroma of our Ringwood yeast to shine through, provides earthy flavours, a nice lingering bitterness, and a slight fruity finish.
Pivot #16 is available now at all Picaroons retail and taproom locations in New Brunswick, and select ANBL stores throughout the province, while supplies last.
