CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – The Guardian reports that Prince Edward Island’s five breweries – PEI Brewing/Gahan House, Upstreet, Barnone, Moth Lane, and Copper Bottom – have come together to form the PEI Craft Brewers Alliance.
According to the article, representatives of the breweries met in Charlottetown last month and discussed topics including “regional taxation policies, marketing to grow craft beer in the province and working with liquor boards across the country.”
No other details of the organization have been announced at this time, aside from the members’ intention to meet twice a year.
