EDMONTON, AB – Alley Kat Brewery has announced details of the next release in the Back Alley Brews series of limited edition one-off beers.
Ocean Pearl Gose (4% abv, 0 IBU) is described as follows:
Inspired by our love of 90s rock music, we created this beer using 54% Pilsen and 40% wheat malt. For our take on this sour style, we used two strains of lactobacillus before adding salt and fresh cucumber to create an exceptionally refreshing Gose.
Ocean Pearl will be officially launching tomorrow (July 5th), and will be available in 650 ml bottles at Alley Kat and select retail stores in Alberta while supplies last.
