ST. WILLIAMS, ON – A year-and-a-half after launching as a contract brewing operation, Hometown Brew Co. has secured a location for a bricks-and-mortar facility in Norfolk County.
Hometown has announced a partnership with Long Point Eco-Adventures, a wildlife preserve and eco-tourist destination near the town of St. Williams on the shore of Lake Erie, and will be opening a brewery and taproom on the site in the spring of 2019.
Founded by Dusty Zamecnik, Tommy DeVos, and Matt DeVos, Hometown currently brews its beers – including Blue County Blueberry Saison, Southern Ale, and Southern Light – at Ramblin’ Road Brewery in nearby La Salette.
