Four Winds Brewing Releases Meli Farmhouse Ale

DELTA, BC – Take Your Porter to the Slaughter reports that Four Winds Brewing has released a new beer brewed using some unique local ingredients.

Meli Farmhouse Ale (8% abv, 45 IBU) is described as follows:

This open foeder-fermented farmhouse ale was brewed with B.C. honey, fennel and bee pollen while using local hay to assist in lautering. Floral notes are complimented by flavours of straw and rustic farmhouse yeast.

Meli was released this past weekend in a limited run of corked-and-caged 500 ml bottles. It’s available at the brewery now, and in select private liquor stores starting this week.
