PICTON, ON – Parsons Brewing has announced details of three seasonal releases that will be out later this month.
Monday August 20th – Te Quiero Gose (4.8% abv, 6 IBU):
Our take on a traditional German Gose brewed with cracked coriander and pink Himalayan salt contains green mango, lime zest and ground pumpkin seeds. Pucker up, it’s a tart one!
Wednesday August 22nd – Full Send Smoothie IPA (7.5% abv, 40 IBU):
This brew will confuse you. Guava and strawberry purées and orange juice are the predominant flavours giving the impression of a post-workout smoothie. Add a decent dose of Chinook hops and this beer has the lingering aftertaste of a crisp dry beer. Confusing yet delectable.
Tuesday August 28th – Noice Double IPA (8.1% abv, 70 IBU):
This double IPA is bursting with tropical flavours – pineapple, papaya, tangerine, and honeydew melon with a lingering bitterness – it’s no wonder as it contains an enormous quantity of every exotic hop in our inventory – Mosaic, Citra, Pekko, Azacca, Jaryllo, and Amarillo. Drinks smooth and juicy despite its high ABV.
All three beers will be available in 500 ml bottles and on tap at Parsons while supplies last.
