Picaroons Traditional Ales Releases The Beast IPA

FREDERICTON, NB – Picaroons Traditional Ales has announced the release of a new beer named after a local legend in honour of National Acadian Day.

The Beast (7.5% abv) pays tribute to wrestler Yvon “The Beast” Cormier, and is described as follows:

An unfiltered, hazy, and strong wheat IPA hopped with Amarillo, Azacca and Denali hops, along with 15kg of orange peel. This beer has a big hit of bitter orange flavour at the beginning, followed by a nice splash of pineapple sweetness, and then finishes up nice and dry with a lingering orange bitterness.

The Beast is a draught-only release, and is available now on tap at all Picaroons-owned taproom locations, as well as other select bars and restaurants in New Brunswick while supplies last.
