BLYTH, ON – Cowbell Brewing has announced details of the next release in its Session Series of lower abv beers.
Gravel Run Session IPA (4.5% abv, 25 IBU) was brewed with Centennial, Equanot and Eureka hops, and is described as follows by brewmaster Stephen Rich:
This beauty pours clear and gold with a body reminiscent of a copper sunset. The unmistakable burst of hops immediately fills your palate. Vibrant citrus shows off with orange, peach and lime juices and a bright tropical burst of pineapple and lychee follow suit. Sweet pine flavours hit the edge of your tongue with gentle bitterness on a lightly honeyed and caramel malt base. Gravel Run is light and easy with a soft body and focused finish.
Gravel Run has be developed in collaboration with SIR Corp restaurant group, and will be on tap exclusively at Jack Astor’s locations throughout Ontario, as well as the Cowbell Brewing taproom, until November 30th.
