Natterjack Brewing Opening This Weekend in Elgin County, Ontario

WEST LORNE, ONOntario Beverage Network reports that a new brewery established in the memory of a young and well-loved brewer who passed away several years ago will be opening this coming weekend in Southwestern Ontario.

Natterjack Brewing has been founded by the family of Matt Soos, a graduate of the Niagara College Brewing Program who died in August 2015, several months after he started work at Muskoka Brewery.

Located in Soos’ hometown of West Lorne, a village approximately 60 km southwest of London in the township of West Elgin, Natterjack with feature a taproom and retail store offering beers brewed from recipes developed by Matt before he died, including Natterjack Toad Belgian Blond, Soos’ Juice American Strong Ale, and The Logger Smoked Lager. The brewery will also be donating to the Matt Soos Project Brew Memorial Fund, a scholarship fund to support brewing students at Niagara College.

Natterjack Brewing will open on Saturday September 22nd at 25292 Talbot Line in West Lorne. Business hours will be 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM on Saturday, and 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM on Sunday.
