TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced details of key beer releases due throughout the month of November.
The releases kicked off this past Saturday November 3rd with Foeder Fermented Grisette (4% abv), which is described as follows:
The first of its kind to emerge from Hafis, earning the esteemed title of our first beer fermented entirely in oak (aka The Foeder Pyramid™). It’s a low ABV, refreshing sipper dry-hopped with Strisselspalt hops (a variety that’s as fun to say as it is delicious). The beer itself is dry, with soft brett aromatics, and complementary herbal, floral, and citrus notes.
Coming up on Saturday November 10th will be A Stout We Made and A Stout We Made With Coffee, two “delicious, sessionable, easy drinking stouts” brewed in collaboration with Cloudwater Brew Co.
Also on deck are four old favourites returning in new batches, including Ghost Orchid IPA (this week), Boogie Monster Imperial IPA (mid-month), Bellweiser Pilsner (end of month), and White Picket Fence Saison (date TBC).
