Wild Ambition Brewing Opening This Weekend in Kelowna

KELOWNA, BC – A new brewery focused on “rustic ales with a bit of a wild side” will be opening its doors this weekend in British Columbia’s Okanagan region.

Wild Ambition Brewing in Kelowna has been founded by Theresa Cashen and Mitchell Kehoe, and will be concentrating on bottle-conditioned mixed-fermentation ales using brettanomyces and other wild and domesticated yeasts.

Beers available at opening will include Dew Point Amarillo Farmhouse IPAFlower Market Hibiscus Sour, and Imaginal Phase Rye Saison, with all available in bottles and tasting flights.

Wild Ambition Brewing is located at 1-3314 Appaloosa Road in Kelowna, and will be opening tomorrow (December 8th) at 12:00 noon. Retail hours will be 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Fridays, 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM on Saturdays, and 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM on Sundays.
