HALIFAX, NS – Garrison Brewing has announced the annual return of a popular holiday seasonal which features several ingredients that pay tribute to Canada’s brewing history.
Spruce Beer (7.5% abv) is described as follows:
Described by some as “Christmas tree in a glass”, this seasonal specialty is brewed with local spruce and fir tips from Meander River Farms and blackstrap molasses from Crosby’s in Saint John. Complex and full-bodied, this beer balances bold Spruce notes with the sweetness of molasses and bittersweet chocolate.
This year’s vintage of Spruce Beer is available starting today at the Garrison retail store for $6.95 per 650 ml bottle.
