DELTA, BC – Four Winds Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition beer.
Cherryoperis (7.3% abv, 28 IBU) is described as follows:
Aged in Okanagan red wine barrels, our Cherry Brett Saison is invigorated by wild yeast strain Brettanomyces and conditioned on local sour Montmorency cherries, inviting impressions of cherry pie and tart pit fruit.
Cherryoperis is available now in 750 ml bottles and on tap at Four Winds, with bottles shipping this week to select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
