COMOX, BC – The first brewery to be established in the Vancouver Island town of Comox since the 2011 closure of Surgenor Brewing has announced that it is now open to the public.
Land & Sea Brewing launched last Thursday December 13th, and is currently offering glasses, flights, and growlers of six beers including Glacier Cream Ale (4.8% abv), Marina Mild (4.5% abv), Low Tide Pale Ale (4.9% abv), Blacktail Kolsch (5.2% abv), #1 Golden Special Ale (5.7% abv), and Estuary Session IPA (5.3% abv). A small food menu focused on locally sourced ingredients is also available.
Land & Sea Brewing is located at 2040 Guthrie Rd. in Comox, and is open from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Sunday to Thursday, and 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday. For more details, see the brewery’s Facebook page.
