BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewing has announced details of the beers that will be featured in the 2019 edition of its monthly limited edition Funk Lab series.
The releases will include:
January – Kontiki Bastard – Coconut Kentucky Bastard Imperial Stout
February – Uncertainly Principle No. 4 – White Wine Golden Sour on Fruit
March – Tropic Like It’s Hot – IPA with Mango, Papaya & Guava
April – Passionfruit Uber – Passionfruit Berliner Weisse
May – Sultana – Triple Cherry Cascara Saison
June – Blind Pig – Gin Barrel-Aged Gose
July – Dry as Funk – Brett Brut IPA
August – Valkrye – Kveik Pale ALe
September – Insidious – Brett Dry-Hopped Sour
October – Uncertainly Principle No. 5 – Barrel-Aged Golden Sour on Fruit
November – Bastardized: Pomegranate – Stout with Pomegranate & Boysenberry
December – Illumination – Fruited Cuvee
Each of the beers will be available in bottles at the Nickel Brook retail store and online shop, as well as on tap at select licensees. They can also be reserved via a Funk Lab Beer Club subscription as announced last month.
