Muskoka Brewery & Kawartha Dairy Releasing Black Raspberry Thunder Milkshake IPA

BRACEBRIDGE, ON – Muskoka Brewery has announced the release of its second annual winter seasonal beer inspired by the ice cream from a local dairy.

Black Raspberry Thunder (6% abv, 18 IBU) is a milkshake IPA created in collaboration with Kawartha Dairy, – following last year’s Salty Caramel Truffle Bock – and is described as follows:

Black Raspberry Thunder pours a vibrant burgundy with a soft pink foam. Skip the roses, the fresh aroma of raspberries, vanilla and subtle caramel is the only bouquet you need. A rich creamy mouthfeel opens up to showcase vibrant flavours of juicy raspberry, commended by soft notes of vanilla. This full-bodied milkshake IPA finishes mildly tart, balanced by a subdued bitterness.

Black Raspberry Thunder is available now in 473 ml cans at the Muskoka Brewery retail store and online Hop Shop, as well as select grocery stores in Ontario. Distribution to LCBO stores will follow later this month.
