VANCOUVER, BC – Main Street Brewing has announced details of the second in its Vineyard Collaboration series of beers brewed with Kanazawa Wines.
Brut Muscato (7% abv) is described as follows:
Brut Moscato is a dry effervescent base beer combined with orange Muscat juice. Saison yeast and low mash temps, minimise residual sugars, while Mandarina Bavaria hops provide orangey hop flavours with little bitterness
Brut Muscato will be available tomorrow (February 7th) in 650 ml bottles and on tap at Main Street Brewing while supplies last.
