Sawdust City Brewing Releasing Goin’ Back To Find Spring IPA

GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced details of the eighth of its 52 weekly beer releases for 2019.

Goin’ Back To Find (5.2% abv, 24 IBU) is a named after a lyric from a classic Gladys Knight song, and described as follows:

An aggressively-hopped pale ale, this beer is all about looking forward to the spring. Using a simple base of 2-Row, oats and wheat, we brewed an easy drinkin’, hazy pale ale to chase away those winter time blues. Using a brand new variety (HBC 692 from YCH Hop Farm), along with some ol’ standbys (Simcoe & Mosaic), this pale ale has hints of lemon, berry and passionfruit. Bring on the spring!

Goin’ Back To Find will be available tomorrow (February 21st) at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store, as well as select beer bars in Ontario, while supplies last.
