CALGARY, AB – The newest addition to Calgary’s brewing scene is now open in the city’s Barley Belt district.
The Establishment Brewing Company was founded by award-winning homebrewers Mike Foniok, David Ronneberg, and Brandon Hart, and opened in late January next door to Annex Ale Project.
Beers currently available on tap for flights, glasses, and growlers include PilsGNAR German Pilsner (5.6% abv), St. Truden Belgian Single (5.5% abv), Afternoon Delight NEPA (5.8% abv), Rad Brown American Brown Ale (5.1% abv), Straight Razor West Coast IPA (6.3% abv), and Fat Sherpa Robust Porter (5.8% abv).
Also available are two limited edition wild ales – Hibiscus Brett Saison (6.3% abv) and Dry-Hopped Brett Saison (6.3% abv) – in 750 ml bottles.
