NEWMARKET, ON – Market Brewing has announced the release of its “crispest and cleanest ale to date.”
Identity Crisis (4.5% abv, 20 IBU) is a dry hopped lagered ale described as follows:
An easy-drinking beer fermented with ale yeast, but cold-conditioned for a short lagering period to smooth everything out. A simple malt bill and hop regimen keep this light beer well-balanced. We dry-hopped using noble German hops to keep things flavourful and interesting. Pours a beautiful clear golden colour, with a light body and a dry finish.
Identity Crisis is available now at Market Brewing in 473 ml cans and on tap.
