Caps Off Brewing Opening Next Week in St. Thomas, Ontario

ST. THOMAS, ON – A new family-owned brewery and tasting room is getting set to open next week in St. Thomas, a small city in southwestern Ontario.

Caps Off Brewing has been founded by Fran and Rick Dunseith, a couple who have been making various fermented foods and drinks at home for the last eight years, and have decided to go public with Rick’s beer recipes.

According to an article in the St. Thomas Times-Journal from earlier this year, the brewery will offer a Stout, Cream Ale, Scottish Ale, and Wheat Beer as core brands, along with a rotation of seasonal beers.

Caps Off Brewing is located at 168 Curtis Street in St. Thomas, and will open on Thursday April 18th from 1:00 to 9:00 PM with beer available by the glass and growler. Business hours for Good Friday (when sales will be limited to glasses only) and subsequent days are still to be confirmed.
