NEW WESTMINSTER, BC & VANCOUVER, BC – Steel & Oak Brewing and BREWHALL have announced the release of a pair of “home and away” collaborations brewed with a kviek yeast strain.
Patio Vibes was brewed at Steel & Oak, and is described as follows:
A Wheat Ale with lemongrass, lime and Szechuan peppercorn [and] fermented with Kveik yeast, Patio Vibes is bright and refreshing, perfect for the patio season to come.
Patio Days was brewed at BREWHALL, and has the following notes:
A Kveik Gose, made with Vancouver Island Salt Co. sea salt and coriander, Patio Days has a refreshing lemon-like sourness, bright spice and a mineral salinity.
Patio Vibes and Patio Days are on tap at both breweries, and bottles of Patio Vibes are available at Steel & Oak, and soon at select private liquor stores.
