Five Roads Brewing Now Open in Langley

LANGLEY, BC – The first of several breweries expected to launch this year in Langley has announced that its doors are now open to the public.

Five Roads Brewing has been established by a group that includes owner Aaron Fourt and head brewer Patrick Moore, the latter a veteran of the British Columbia brewing scene with more than 20 years of experience at breweries including Crossroads BrewingHowe Sound Brewing, and R&B Brewing.

Named in honour of Langley’s historic Five Corners intersection, Five Roads features a 10 hectolitre brewing system, a 50-seat taproom offering flights, glasses, and growlers, and a kitchen serving a menu of snacks and light fare using locally sourced ingredients.

Beers available at opening include Langley Gold Lager (5.4% abv), White-Knuckle Wit (3.9% abv), Jimmy D’s ESB (5.8% abv), and Hello Darkness (4.2% abv).

Five Roads Brewing is located at #1-6263 202 St. in Langley, and opened at 12:00 noon today for its first day of service. Full business hours are expected to be announced soon.
