GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced details of a new sampler pack of four of its key brands, as well as three new limited edition releases coming out later this month.
Out now is the Wellington Craft Mixer, a 8 x 473 ml can package featuring two cans each of Helles Lager, Upside IPA, Special Pale Ale, and Kickin’ Back Session IPA. It’s available exclusively at select Beer Store locations in Ontario.
Coming on May 15th is Pleasant Island Hazy Pale Ale (4.9% abv), described as a “sessionable pale ale [with] a balanced spicy bitterness and big juicy tropical hop notes.” It will be available in 355 ml cans at the brewery and online, as well as on tap at select bars and restaurants.
Sunshine (5% abv) is the official beer of Guelph Pride, and is a blonde ale with raspberry and hibiscus, ingredients that provide a “fabulous pink glow and vibrant berry flavours.” 473 ml cans will be released at the brewery and online on May 30th, and it will be pouring at licensed Guelph Pride events from May 31st to June 9th.
Finally, due out sometime in May is Dinner Music Track 2 (4.7% abv), a barrel fermented saison aged on wine lees that was delayed from its originally planned release last month.
