BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewery has announced details of the latest release in its monthly Funk Lab series of limited edition beers.
Winner! Gagnant! Triple Cherry Saison (5.8% abv, 18 IBU) is described as follows:
We hit the jackpot and brewed a stunning cherry saison that’s rustic and a little bit funky. Made with tart and juicy Niagara Montmorency cherries, earthy Morello cherries, and sweet dried Montmorency cherries, it’s a decadent and complex beer.
Winner! Gagnant! will be released at the Nickel Brook retail store on Friday May 17th, and it can be pre-ordered now via the Nickel Brook online shop for delivery within Ontario or pick-up at the brewery.
