LANGLEY, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition summer seasonal.
Mandarin Berliner Weisse (3.9% abv, 5 IBU) is described as follows:
Brewed for Summer, this light and refreshing wheat and oat-based sour ale is soured with our house Lactobacillus culture. Hopped solely with Mandarina Bavaria known for its sweet citrus notes, and then fermented on fresh Mandarin zest and juice lending more acidity and flavour.
Mandarin Berliner Weisse will be available tomorrow (June 6th) in the Field House taproom, and soon afterwards at select beer retailers in British Columbia.
