Sweden’s Dugges Bryggeri Returns to Canada for More Collaborations

LANDVETTER, SWEDEN – Dugges Bryggeri, a small brewery located in the southwest of Sweden, has announced that its head brewer – and Canadian expat – Matt Miller is back in Canada for another series of collaborations, following a similar visit last year around this time.

Miller’s trip started earlier this week with brew days at Toronto’s Left Field Brewery on Monday (June 3rd), and Hamilton’s Merit Brewing yesterday (June 4th).

The series will continue next Tuesday June 11th with a collaboration at Brunswick Bierworks in Toronto, where brewery founder Mikael Dugge Engström will be joining in. This will also mark the start of an official partnership that will see several Dugges beers brewed at Brunswick for the Ontario market later this year.

On June 14th and 15th, Dugges will be one of the featured breweries at the Liquid Art Festival at Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton. Finally, Miller’s travels will wrap up with a day at Quebec’s Brasserie Dunham on June 20th.

Release and distribution details for the collaborations are expected to be announced in coming weeks by the respective breweries.
