Foraged Saison (7.1% abv, 15 IBU) is described as follows:
This farmhouse style ale has a base of Munich and wheat malts as well as our own farm-grown barley, a spicy Saison yeast, and a touch of Sasquatch hops. Our collective brew crews set out for a day of Dandelion foraging in the fields of Abby. These wild Dandelions add bitterness and floral notes, while the addition of local Elderflower, Elderberries and Yarrow bring complexity to this foraged Saison.
