GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the return of a seasonal saison originally released in 2015 as the 25th of its 52 weekly beer releases for 2019.
7 Weeks of Staying Up All Night (5% abv, 10 IBU) is described as follows:
This light summer saison is based off a simple and approachable mash bill of pilsner and flaked wheat. Using our house saison yeast strain, we dried this beer out to make it super drinkable and easy to enjoy on a summer’s day. We added a hit of fresh lemon zest and the spicy zing of crushed pink peppercorns, making this beer the perfect companion to lazy evenings on your deck spent watching the sun go down.
7 Weeks of Staying Up All Night will be released tomorrow (June 20th) and will be available at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store, as well as select beer bars in Ontario, while supplies last.
