Savage Wild Rustic Saison (6% abv) is described as follows:
Complex and bright, this farmhouse beer was brewed with spelt and rye and aged with a multi-culture from a venerable Flemish Lambic brewery. Savage is redolent of tropical fruit and ripe pineapple and has an underlying minerality and dry finish.
Savage will make its debut at Strange Fellows tomorrow (July 3rd) with a release party from 5:00 to 8:00 PM featuring food by JB’s Crêpes. It will also be pouring at Farmhouse Fest, taking place on Saturday July 6th at UBC Farm in Vancouver.
