Brasserie Dieu du Ciel Releases Péché Mortel Aged in Jameson Irish Whiskey Barrels

ST-JÉRÔME, QC – Brasserie Dieu du Ciel has announced the release of a new collaboration with one of the world’s best known whiskey producers.

Péché Mortel Jameson (9.5% abv) is a special edition of the brewery’s Péché Mortel coffee-infused Imperial stout that has been aged in Jameson Irish Whiskey barrels. It’s described as having “powerful aromas of coffee, mixed with chocolate flavours and subtle vanilla [and] pleasantly fruity notes [that] accompany a slightly wooded finish.”

Péché Mortel Jameson is available starting today (July 11th) at the Dieu du Ciel shop in St-Jérôme, as well as select beer retailers and bars in Quebec. For a full list of locations, see the announcement on the Dieu du Ciel website.
