SEAFORTH, ON – Half Hours on Earth has announced the release of it’s first beer to be offered in 750 ml bottles.
Advanced Drinker Farmhouse Pilsner (5% abv) is a “hybrid style of beer co-fermented with lager, saison & brettanomyces yeasts,” and described as follows:
We’re often asked what is our favourite beer we’ve ever brewed, and we may finally have an answer to that. Advanced Drinker is first and foremost a Pilsner. Crisp, clean and refreshing with a toasted cracker malt character. A light malty sweetness up front, finished with a highly-attenuated dryness. The mouthfeel is soft throughout, yet the firm bitterness matches it perfectly. Notes of grainy pilsner, floral/spicy hops and faint citrus esters from the saison yeast.
Advanced Drinker is available now in the Half Hours on Earth brewery store and online shop while supplies last.
