VICTORIA, BC – Category 12 Brewing has announced the release of the latest in its Data Series of various styles and types of IPAs.
Skewed Data Sour Hazy IPA (5.4% abv, 16 IBU) is described as follows:
The result of painstakingly careful experimentation: the explosion of six varieties of fruit-forward hops is balanced by the bright tanginess of a golden sour and two yeast strains, making this beer a perfect reminder that the search for great tasting results is the most satisfying work we’ve been tasked with.
Skewed Data is available now in 473 ml cans at Category 12 and select private beer retailers.
