Sipasaurus Rex Dry Hopped White Ale (5.7% abv, 30 IBU) is described as follows:
This hybrid style has complex stone fruit, citrus, rose, and berry notes from aggressive Mosaic dry-hopping. The Belgian ale yeast lends a pleasing dry finish. Pours a cloudy straw yellow.
Sipasaurus Rex is available now at Backroads, and at select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
