TORONTO, ON – People’s Pint Brewing and nearby restaurant Earlscourt BBQ have announced the release of a new collaborative beer.
Torched Cherry Berliner Weisse (3% abv, 5 IBU) is described as follows:
A true collaboration, flaked barley supplied by People’s Pint and Niagara-grown bing cherries were handed to Earlscourt BBQ to smoke over cherry wood. Back at People’s Pint, the cherries – including pits and stems – were added to the brew. The result: A light, easy-drinking smoked cherry Berliner Weisse called Torched Cherry.
Torched Cherry is available now on tap at Earlscourt BBQ, and on tap and in bottles at People’s Pint.
