VICTORIA, BC – Category 12 Brewing has announced details of latest release in its series of limited edition beers for members of the Barrelholder Membership Program.
Dichotomy (5.4% abv) is described as follows:
Harnessing the best of disparate worlds, this meticulously blended beer creates a haven of flavour between an old world, foeder aged Belgian-style Single, and a bright tartness that brings it to life. We blended our very first foeder release with a barrel aged sour to produce a delicate dance of nuanced flavour: the genesis of our foeder ageing program has begun!
Two bottles of Archival have been allocated for each Barrelholder 2019 member, and the remaining bottles are available now at Category 12 and select private liquor stores while supplies last.
