Six Alberta Breweries Release Collaboration Beer for Alberta Open Farm Days

RED DEER, AB – A half-dozen of Alberta’s small breweries have come together to release a beer in collaboration with this year’s edition of Alberta Open Farm Days.

Haskollab Berry Cream Ale (5% abv) was brewed last month at Troubled Monk Brewery in Red Deer with input and assistance by the brewers from Apex Predator Brewing, Lakeland Brewing, Blindman Brewing, Township 24 Brewery, and Red Bison Brewery. It features local ingredients including barley grown in Rahr, and Haskap berry juice from Broken Tine Orchard near Grande Prairie.

Haskollab Berry Cream Ale is available now at the six participating breweries, all of which will be offering tours during Alberta Open Farm Days on August 17th and 18th. For more details, see the Alberta Open Farm Days website.
