OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced the release of a new beer created in collaboration with Ren Navarro of Beer. Diversity.
All Colours Imperial Stout (11.3% abv) is described as follows:
Rich, decadent and a real tasty treat, All Colours was brewed with coffee from our friends at Blue Barn Coffee Roaster (Finca El Aragon – Santa Anita, Honduras) and A LOT of time and effort. Big and rich with a syrupy malt profile, this Imperial Stout is balanced with a hefty dose of bittering and flavoring hop additions. All malt, no sugar and no funny business! WHAT A DELIGHT.
All Colours is available now in 355 ml cans at Dominion City. Partial proceeds will go to the Dominion City Beer. Diversity. Scholarship, an initiative launched earlier this year to support students in the Niagara College Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program with backgrounds underrepresented in the brewing industry.
