NEW WESTMINSTER, BC – Steel & Oak Brewing has announced the release of a new beer that is available exclusively at the brewery.
Grisette (4.5% abv) is described as follows:
Grisettes are often described as “little Saisons”. Ours is brewed with Pilsner and wheat malt with the addition of unmalted Einkorn, an ancient variety of wheat, from our friends at Skagit Valley Malting. Complex yet light malt character gives way to a peppery yeast profile and mildly bitter finish. With a satisfying mouth feel and a balanced hop character, this is a table beer made to please any drinker.
Grisette is available now on tap and in cans at the Steel & Oak tasting room and retail store while supplies last.
