GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery is announced the release of a new collaboration with Ottawa’s Dominion City Brewing.
Fresh Off The Wire is a wet-hopped pale ale described as follows:
This wet hop harvest pale ale is made with locally grown Cascade hops from Hayhoe Hops and Ontario malt from Barn Owl. Our brewers teamed up with Dominion City to develop this recipe, then we all took a trip to the farm, picked some fresh Cascade hops and added them to this tasty collaboration brew. Bursting with fresh citrus and dank hop notes, this wet hop pale ale will knock your socks off!
Fresh Off The Wire is available now in 473 ml cans at the Wellington Brewery retail shop and online store.
