SEAFORTH, ON – Half Hours on Earth has announced the return of its “most highly fruited oak beer”.
Blue Thunder (9% abv) is described as follows:
Aged in red wine barrels & refermented on a ridiculous amount of blueberries. Pouring a deep purple, a fluffy pink head, with intense aromatics of blueberry, red wine, wood & currants. The flavour is reminiscent of grape juice but without the sweetness. A balanced tartness, moderate funk, all while exceptionally dry and vinous. A single fruit beer, but layered in complexity.
Blue Thunder is available now in the Half Hours on Earth brewery store and online shop while supplies last.
