GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing and has announced the release of a uniquely flavoured tart ale as the 40th of its 52 weekly beer releases for 2019.
You Salty Dog Beet Gose (4.5% abv, 15 IBU) is described as follows:
We bring you a kettle-sour with heaps of beets! Lovingly (and tediously), we processed over 80 pounds of beets in-house. To top it off we added a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and fresh, local coriander. This brew combines the delicate earthy elements of beets and spices with the delicious sourness of lemon. Pouring a perfect pink lemonade hue, it’s refreshing and delicate with herbal characteristics and a subtle saltiness to round it all out. It’s so tasty, You Salty Dog will have you begging for more!
You Salty Dog will be released on Thursday, October 3rd in 473 ml cans at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store.
