HALIFAX, NS – Propeller Brewing has announced the latest release in the Gottingen Small Batch Series of one-off beers that are available exclusively at the Propeller taproom on Gottingen St. in Halifax.
Harvest Brett Saison (6% abv) is described as follows:
Harvest Brett Saison is a mixed fermentation of Saison and Brettanomyces yeasts. Complex spice, dried red fruit and citrus flavours are balanced by subtle earthy and funky Brett characteristics and finishes slightly tart and dry.
Harvest Brett Saison will be available by the glass and growler fills in the Propeller taproom starting today (October 11th) while supplies last.
