Pinot Gris Sour Saison (6% abv) follows last week’s Yuzu Sour, and is described as follows:
This beer began as a sour Saison, fermented with Sach Trois and 2 saison strains. It was then steeped on Pinot Gris grape skins, pulling aromas of pear and apple while giving flavours of stone and tropical fruit. Lastly, we lightly dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra to further accentuate the flavours from the grape skins.
Pinot Gris Sour Saison will be released tomorrow (October 31st) at Field House, and will be available at select private liquor stores starting next week.
