ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a new collaborative beer with Twin Sails Brewing.
New World Saison (6.5% abv) is described as follows:
This modern saison features wheat and spelt malt and is fermented with Spooky Saison, a yeast known for it’s spicy and orchard fruit notes. We then heavily dry hopped this beer with Citra, Simcoe and Azacca contributing citrus and tropical fruit notes.
New World Saison is available now on tap, in crowlers, and in 650 ml bottles at Field House. Bottles are also available via the Field House online shop, and will be in stock at select private liquor stores starting next week.
