LONDON, ON – Forked River Brewing has announced the release of the 4th annual vintage of its take on a classic beer style.
Flanders Red Ale (7.3% abv) is described as follows:
This Belgian style ale has a complex sour and fruity profile which gives it the nickname “the Burgundy of Belgium”. Our version of this pinnacle in sour beers is a mixture of beer that has been aged in red wine barrels for 1 and 2 years. It has all the classic flavours, such as black cherry, plums and red currants along with a deep sourness that may surprise you.
Flanders Red Ale is available now in wax-dipped 500 ml bottles at the Forked River retail store and online shop, as well as at select LCBO locations.
